Follow this step-by-step guide to get your property listed and start attracting bookings.
To get started, visit KejaSmart.com and click on the "Sign Up" button. A pop-up window will appear with options to register. Choose "Register as Host" to begin the process of listing your property.
In the next window, click on "Sign up with Google". This allows you to create an account quickly and securely using your Google account. Select the email address you want to use for your Keja Smart host account, and you'll be redirected to the next step.
After selecting your email, you'll be taken to the "Add Your Property" page. Here, you'll need to provide detailed information about your property. This includes essential details like property type, location, number of rooms, amenities, photos and pricing.
Make sure to fill out all the required fields accurately to give potential guests a clear understanding of what your property offers.
Once you've completed all the fields, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to store your property information.
Your property is now saved, but to make it visible to potential guests on the Keja Smart platform, you'll need to upgrade your profile. Click on the "Upgrade Now" button to proceed.
Next, you'll need to select a listing plan that suits your needs. Keja Smart offers four plans: Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Each plan offers different levels of visibility and features, so choose the one that aligns with your goals. Once you've made your selection, click on the "Upgrade" button.
On the following screen, choose the duration for your subscription. You can select from 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days based on how long you'd like your property to be listed on the website.
Click on the "Upgrade" button to confirm your subscription. Your property listing will now be live on Keja Smart, ready to be discovered by guests.
Congratulations! You've successfully listed your property on Keja Smart. By following these simple steps, your property is now part of Kenya's growing short-stay market.
